Remote Shoe Repair / Shipping Info
Having your shoes repaired by us remotely is as simple as 1,2,3.
Step #1: Ship us your shoes. Be sure to include your name, address, phone #.
You can use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. (You may also use our email form to let us know you have shipped them.)
Step #2: When we receive your shoes, we inspect them and give call you with
a price quote for the repair.
Step #3: If you like our price, call us back and authorize us to perform the work
and provide a credit card # and we’ll perform the repair and ship them via UPS directly
to you. Repairs typically take only 3-
